Centred around the theme of connection, we created an identity with emphasis on the ‘X’ to signify connectivity and to accentuate the memorable training experience. In-person training workshops were converted into interactive training modules with dynamic content and animations that provided an interactive, engaging, and immersive experience for the user.

The new CX training academy was successfully delivered to a global audience across Asia, Americas, and Europe.
