Establishing strong links with the existing local community was vital, so that residents and neighbours felt heard and involved. A stakeholder survey from our customer experience team ensured key audiences were engaged from the start and subsequent interviews with residents, farmers, community groups, councillors, housing developers and MP’s provided a platform for people to have their say and ideas, suggestions, and concerns to be raised and heard.
This was followed by a brand workshop, with representatives from each stakeholder group helping to shape the creation of a master brand which fed into development plans.
