Placemaking

The development, by Berkley, was aimed at first home buyers and needed to create a unique sense of community in line with the vision of transforming a former industrial site into a new, inclusive neighbourhood to secure pre-sale interest.

We developed the placemaking vision, positioning and strategic approach with a focus on ways to enhance the public realm spaces to help embed a sense of community and weave the landscape and people together, as well as ways to engage the community through events, technology and unique experiences.
