Brand strategy & design

We began with defining a name, looking at the key ingredients that captured the spirit of the environment and its flexible co-working offer. The name ‘Vida’ was chosen for its Latin translation of ‘life’, supporting the idea of a place where lifestyle and wellbeing are at the heart of the community. We then defined the brand personality, establishing unique, ownable and relevant principles and values that aligned to the wider Winslade Park brand whilst creating a distinct character that would be the foundations of the new brand, visually and verbally.

The new brand received exceptionally strong stakeholder feedback and was launched to market to support the development’s leasing and community objectives, whilst establishing the offer and its beautiful spaces within an inspiring business community.
