Bumble Bizz takes the awkwardness out of networking with other professionals, one swipe at a time. However, its recent addition of a female-only filter has sparked controversy after being dubbed as a “women only job-hunting tool” that openly excludes men. Although designed with the intention of improving the representation of women in the workplace, the tool could potentially allow recruiters to find candidates based solely on their gender.
