JLL Retail Marketing team started from the London office, initially run by two people who outsourced to marketing agencies for shopping centre and retail marketing projects.


With her agency background, Kaye Walker joined the team to set up the Northern division from the JLL Leeds office.


Kaye Walker promoted to lead the team, which sees a shift in operations towards an agency approach, reducing the reliance on external marketing agencies.

Team wins the marketing contract for the Aberdeen Standard Investment and LaSalle Investment Management retail portfolios.


Team headcount of 10 across two offices in London and Leeds.

Team sees %X increase in revenue following shift towards an agency approach.


Team awarded the SCEPTRE Marketing Manager of the Year award, which recognises marketing excellence in the shopping centre industry, as well as Young Achiever Awards.

With the rapid development of digital requirements, the team launches its new digital division.


Team launches Rubix, a platform to enable email marketing integrations.
