Birstall Shopping Park Rebrand
Birstall Shopping Park required a new contemporary brand identity to reflect its position as an exciting, modern and experience-based family shopping destination. It was envisaged that the community and shoppers would have direct input into the brand development process through a voting mechanism.
Our design team created three new potential brand identities which then went to a vote with local shoppers and stakeholders. To facilitate this, a microsite was designed and went live on the Birstall website. The voting mechanic was extremely successful and resulted in a strong community focused rebrand for the shopping park.
- 1,061 votes received in total, winning design received 46% of the vote
“We asked Bewonder* to re-design our logo as it was out of date and was not relevant to the local community or surrounding area. Bewonder* supplied a variety of options for us to choose from, which all related to something locally. This then allowed us to ask customers to vote for the logo they would like to see in use. Now thanks to Bewonder*, our brand is specific to the area and its customers.”
