Global Workplace Campaign
Bewonder* were challenged to develop a new overarching brand and identity for Barclays new workplace strategy. The brand was to be launched internally across all global markets with the main focus on shifting behaviours and increasing talent attraction and retention.
Our approach to the brief included conceptual creation, to hero the banks’ new agile and collaborative approach to creation of space and culture within their corporate offices, worldwide. The brand launched across all global markets and at key city locations including New York, London and Punang Khas, India.
