The Grafton was seeing a decline in footfall and sales. Bewonder* were tasked with undertaking research and creating a subsequent campaign to combat this. A growth in independent stores across shopping centres, as landlords looked for diversity and unique occupiers to replace closing chains, formed the basis of our approach.

Our Solution

Grow at The Grafton was born! An opportunity for local businesses, entrepreneurs or business minded people of Cambridgeshire to secure prime retail space, for FREE, at The Grafton. Our main aim was to re-establish The Grafton’s position in the local community through improved customer perceptions.
