The Grafton was seeing a decline in footfall and sales. Bewonder* was tasked with undertaking research and creating a subsequent campaign to combat this. A growth in independent stores across shopping centres, as landlords looked for diversity and unique occupiers to replace closing chains, formed the basis of our approach.
