The Challenge

This brand new and modern industrial park was built in a well-established business quarter of Orpington. As part of the leasing approach, Bewonder* was engaged to develop an occupier engagement programme to enhance the commercial offering and to attract new occupiers to the site.

Our Solution

Bewonder* engaged with the onsite workers and identified a need for a greater food offering in the area. We developed a campaign around street food pop-up elements and hosted a “Food Truck Lunch Giveaway” exclusive for Halo’s occupiers. The event created awareness of the occupier engagement programme and generated a spirit of camaraderie.
