The Challenge

This brand new and modern industrial park was built in a well-established business quarter of Orpington. As part of the leasing approach, Bewonder were engaged to develop an occupier engagement programme to enhance the commercial offering and to attract new occupiers to the site.

Our Solution

Bewonder* engaged with the onsite workers and identified a need for a greater food offering in the area. We developed a campaign around street food pop-up elements and hosted a “Food Truck Lunch Giveaway” exclusive for Halo’s occupiers. The event created awareness of the occupier engagement programme and generated a spirit of camaraderie.
