Bewonder* developed a bespoke brand personality, TOV and values for Caledonia Park along with a creative marketing strategy following the park’s development to align the asset with the overall landlord’s objectives. Connecting people and place through a unique destination whilst consulting on the overall leasing and asset strategy. The repositioning strategy focused on key pillars of branding, user generated content, placemaking and ESG.
Asset footfall has increased by +10% year on year, and record-breaking YTD rolling turnover.
The park has opened ten new brand partner stores, supported 31 local stakeholders, and created destination events, resulting in average footfall increases of 27% year on year.
