The Acre is the largest office development in Covent Garden, offering 240,000 sq ft of workspace and 20,000 sq ft of amenity and retail space.
Bewonder* and Northwood Investors were appointed to work in collaboration to enhance the community and improve the occupier experience at the new development.
In pursuit of their objective to create a welcoming environment and play an active role in the Covent Garden neighbourhood, Bewonder* organised a community workshop.
The workshop brought together the landlord, asset management team, leasing agents, property management representatives, and the newly appointed head of The Acre. Its purpose was to distil the community’s vision and strategy for The Acre.
The workshop resulted in the formulation of a community vision statement, the identification of core community pillars, the exploration of potential collaborative partnerships, and the establishment of amenities and service solutions. These outputs will guide future development of The Acre and shape its role within the community.
