We created a brand to reflect a new kind of industrial workplace whilst paying homage to East London’s industrial heritage – one that is attractive to occupiers, investors and developers, and that can be tailored for the leasing strategy and ongoing occupier experience.

Bewonder* have been instructed on a 5-year contract at Industria with BeFirst, the regeneration team in Barking and Dagenham council.
Deliverables include designing and delivery of the Industria brand, and leasing support including marketing collateral, microsite, social media, email outreach and a launch event. Once the development is at 25% occupancy, Bewonder* will be running Occupier Engagement campaigns.
