Development of a new CX strategy for The Mailbox

This involved an occupier survey to understand their needs, a new occupier communication plan including newsletters, emails, social media, occupier app and meet the neighbour events, as well as an occupier engagement and enlivenment programme including Canalside at Mailbox – a summer of live music and entertainment, free yoga and HIIT classes, Dohl drumming workshops to celebrate Diwali and exclusive art exhibitions.
