Part of The Crown Estate, the Windsor Estate covers approximately, 6,400 hectares (15,800 acres), including Windsor Great Park.
As one of the UK’s leading rural estates, the Windsor Estate manages a substantial Day visitor business, alongside commercial forestry operations, sensitive landscape management of a unique Royal park, and a large property portfolio. Their tenants and business community include the Ascot racecourse, as well as golf courses, farms, businesses, schools, and families.
Ticketed experiences are part of the long-term strategy that helps to support the environmental and conservation work that is carried out on the Estate. The website is a crucial part of that strategy and needed replacing ahead of the launch of a major new children’s play area, Adventure Play, in summer 2023.

A fully immersive, in person, two-day discovery session with key stakeholders at
Windsor Great Park allowed us to experience this unique setting and understand the need to balance public access with the long-term care and conservation of this historic landscape.
This insight helped inform our central ‘Timeless Elegance’ creative theme and approach to helping establish Windsor Great Park as the UK’s leading rural estate and a centre of excellence for environmental best practice.
