We launched ‘Tree Tops’ – a free woodland themed adventure playground designed to drive footfall and excite customers, whilst providing opportunity for occupier involvement through the Tree Tops trail.

Tree Tops ran for two weeks, and was built across four pods in line with Union Square’s fire safety policy. The pods included a ball pit, slides, swings and a tree house, as well as a workshop area where we hosted four eco-crafting sessions. This activity made shoppers stay for longer and want to come back for more!

RESULTS

  • A total of 5,450 visitors, with overall footfall increasing by an average of +4%
  • 259 people attended the 4 eco-crafting sessions & 130 took part in the Tree Tops trail
  • Collaborated with 2 stakeholders, which included fundraising £500 for charity
  • 49,652 social media impressions, reaching 39,583 people
